Refund policy
We hope you love your purchase from Swan The Label. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- In its original condition
- Free from stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or other signs of wear
- Returned with all original tags attached
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.
Return Shipping
A $6.99 flat-rate return shipping fee applies to returns. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
Swan The Label does not charge a restocking fee.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the $6.99 return shipping fee.
Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled until the order has been fulfilled.
Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may request a return after receiving the order in accordance with our return policy.
Important
Returns must be requested within the 14-day return window. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Swan The Label reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements outlined above.
One thing I would consider changing: for a small clothing brand, 14 days is reasonable, and $6.99 return shipping + no restocking fee is customer-friendly without putting all of the return cost on your business. I would keep those settings.
