Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping — $5.99
Estimated delivery: 4–6 business days
Free Standard Shipping on U.S. orders of $200 or more
Express Shipping — $29.00
Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days

Order Processing

Orders must be processed and fulfilled before they are shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that estimated shipping times refer to the carrier’s delivery timeframe and may not include order processing time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other unexpected events.

Swan The Label is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after your package has been handed over to the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us before your order is fulfilled. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped.

Customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs if an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your delivery location and with household members or neighbors first.

If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact the shipping carrier and Swan The Label so we can assist you with the next steps.
